In my observation of my own life and other highly successful people, I have learned that the simple and small changes create the momentum for big changes in life.
My decision to read 15 minutes a day over 10 years ago started the process for my reading habits today, and I read far more than 15 minutes daily now, but it started with a small change, that has produced radical results.
